BRATINČEVIĆ POŠIP

bratincevic-posip.png

Born from the limestone-rich southern slopes of Mount Kozjak, our Pošip captures the intensity of the Mediterranean sun balanced by the cooling mountain breeze.

  • Tasting notes:

This is a full-bodied white with a golden hue. It opens with aromas of dried apricots, macchia honey, and wild Mediterranean herbs. The palate is rich and oily but braced by a firm acidity that carries flavours of ripe pear and citrus.

  • Best for:

Grilled white fish, scampi buzara, risotto with wild asparagus, roasted veal under the bell (peka), and pasta with creamy truffle sauces.
